Pokemon Go: I got lost at sea, I think it was because I was a child, says Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kapoor’s first-time journey into Pokemon Go was no easy feat.

The 28-year-old was visiting his parents in Delhi, when he realised he was not alone in the city.

“I started wandering around and I saw a lot of people wandering around,” he told the Times of Indian.

“A few minutes later I got to the shore and there was a man in a boat, I didn’t recognise him, but he was talking to someone, so I started asking questions and I thought, ‘Oh, he’s my dad’,” he added.

Manoj, who works in logistics, realised he had to go to the city centre, where he was given a bus ticket to go check out the Pokemon Go game.

“I didn’t realise I was actually going to get lost for the first time, but I was just happy to find myself again.”

We walked around for half an hour, I asked a couple of people where they were from, and I realised I had wandered off the main road,” he said.”

At first I thought I was wandering alone, but then I saw my parents and realised I wasn’t alone.

“You just get so many emotions and it is very freeing, but at the same time, it’s also very challenging.””

It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life,” he wrote in a post on his Facebook page.

“You just get so many emotions and it is very freeing, but at the same time, it’s also very challenging.”

Manoj has been playing Pokemon Go since March 2017 and has collected over 1,000 Pokemon since then.

He is currently in India and has been tracking his progress on his own.

“In the first week, I was around 15km away from my house, which is about 3km from where I live in Delhi.

So it took me a while to find my way,” he added in an email to the Times.

Manaj, who is studying to be a doctor, said he felt he was living a life of freedom.

“It’s like the ultimate freedom, but not the most, and this is because of the Pokemon.

The game has become my reality and my life.

It is so exciting and I feel very happy to have found myself back home again.”

He has been working in logistics for a few months now and has already spent over half a million rupees (about $12,000) in the game.

“The main reason why I haven’t been able to find a girlfriend is because the Pokemon have been so much fun,” he explained.
